Infant and Early Childhood Behavioral Health (IECBH) Plan Hawaii
About Hawai’i’s Plan
Hawaii's integrated Infant and Early Childhood Behavioral Health Plan (IECBH) is a comprehensive initiative aimed at addressing the mental health needs of our youngest keiki and their families. Recognizing the significance of early childhood experiences in shaping lifelong health and well-being, the plan focuses on creating a system that will promote, prevent, intervene early, and treat infants and young children, and their caregivers as needed while training and supporting those who serve them.
Primer: Understanding Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health (IECMH)
Investing in mental health supports from birth on can improve outcomes for our youngest children, their families and our communities.
